Yes—many companies enroll full teams or departments and see network effects, or you can also enroll one. There are multiple opportunities throughout the year to enroll new managers, and the more you enroll, the better the price per manager.

Most cohorts are approximately $3,800 per manager. Volume pricing is available, and there are options to pay upfront or monthly throughout the program. Pricing for post-program coaching options and an ongoing AI or human coach varies, but is billed separately post-program.
