Each month includes a 90-minute interactive live learning session, and a 90-minute 'lab' where managers practice their skills and get real-time feedback together. There are also coaching 'office hours' offered each month for managers to receive spot coaching.

Our goal is to provide the most effective manager development programs, and tracking program effectiveness is key to our mission.
Each participant receives a pre-course assessment at the beginning of the program and is also given a post-course assessment during the final month. The before and after results are shared with their leaders to showcase their learning and growth.
Moreover, Oxygen also reaches out to participants' leaders 4 months following the end of the program to gather feedback on manager improvement post program.

Absolutely. Managers will receive many handouts and reference materials to use throughout their career as they move through the course.
All materials are made available in their account in our learning management platform, which they'll setup access to upon registration.

Our instructors are all chosen based on their experience and competency both in teaching others in an engaging way, and in their expertise as managers themselves. Having instructors with real management experience allows for them to use real life examples and stories to round out our curriculum and creates a much more engaging learner experience.

Surprisingly, there are very few options for mangers to learn and build the skills needed to perform their best. Our program is unique:
Curriculum-based learning, not just a collection of disconnected workshops. Learning and retention is significantly better.
Live (virtual) learning, not pre-recorded, one-size-fits-all videos. Having a teacher with live instruction offers a more effective learning experience.
Labs & live practice. Students get many opportunities to practice their skills in front of experts for real-time feedback. Labs also include mock-scenarios they will encounter as a manager.
Coaching support & private Slack community. Outside of coursework, managers also have access to real-time support to process real challenges and apply what they're learning.
Impact assessments show you how your managers skills are improving in a tangible way.
Managers have the opportunity to build a network and community with managers attending the program to continue to learn and grow.
Post-course continuing education options available. While many programs conduct a workshop and then leave, Oxygen is committed to being the most effective and sought-after manager training program, and this includes ongoing education to ensure learning sticks and growth continues.
